1. Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are only granted for defective or damaged items. To qualify, you must submit a request within 14 days of receiving your product.
2. Process:
- Email your refund request to info@3Dprintsforyoullc.com with your order details and photos of the item.
- Once approved, we will issue a refund or replacement.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
Customized products and items purchased on clearance are not eligible for refunds.
4. Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
